We will always send you proofs of your order so that you can check for spelling errors before acknowledging your final approval. We will not take responsibility for any errors, most of our products are personalised and all sales are final. Only products damaged through our own faults will be replaced at no extra cost to the customer.

All chinaware or porcelain should be checked at point of delivery for damage. All orders must be signed for.

If you request to cancel an order once a proof has been completed, there will be a 50% charge on your order. If you cancel when your order has been approved and made up, you will be charged for the full amount of the merchandise.

We will offer plates or products of same value if we are out of stock on the product that you want.

We send pottery out to you by priority mail and we will phone to inform you when your order is ready to be despatched.

All pottery is individually boxed and wrapped. All plates and clocks are supplied with a stand.

Goods will be despatched to you 3-5 working days from stock after order is received and personalised goods will take 7-10 working days. If need something urgently you can phone us to arrange this.

Postage and packaging paid on each item is £3.95 however, if your order is a large one we will be quite happy to give you a quote for this.
